With an approved posts of 15, the management has thus far recruited 8 posts for the year 2018, the remainder of 7 to be recruited within the next 5 years as the need arises. The appointed posts, currently for 2014- 2019 are the Administration & HR Manager, the Accountant, Safety & Security Manager with five (5) support staffs. The main focus for the Administration Unit for these first five years (2014- 2019) would be to strengthen its strategy in good governance and compliance to all requirements. For the Human Resources Unit, is definitely to strategize the right placement for each talent. When the workforce is lean like ours, our only option is to have multi-skilled staffs and competent in the core jobs. In addition, HR & Admin Unit had organized a successful training program with D’Maritime Training in January 2018 with participation from multiple players in the industry.
